Asian Sesame Slaw
Preparation: 20 min Chill: 2 hours
“Coleslaw” also known as “cabbage salad” is usually served cold as a side dish. Our version incorporates an Asian Twist. Pair it with a STOUFFER’S BISTRO Panini or Crustini for a quick meal.
You will need:
Dressing:

pkg (120g) oriental flavoured dry ramen noodle soup mix |

rice wine vinegar |

Salad:
| 3 cups |
shredded napa cabbage |
750 ml |
| 2 cups |
shredded red cabbage |

large carrot, shredded |

green onion, diagonally sliced |

toasted sesame seeds |

Step 1:
Combine soup seasoning packet, vegetable packet, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar in large salad bowl, set aside to develop flavours for 10 minutes.
Step 2:
Add cabbage and carrots; toss lightly to combine with dressing. Cover and chill 2 hours.
Step 3:
Just before serving crumble dry ramen noodles over slaw. Garnish with green onion and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
