NESTLÉ NOIR Chocolate Chunk Cookies

The dark chocolate gives this cookie a slightly more sophisticated taste than your traditional chocolate chip cookie.
You will need:

bars (100 g) NESTLÉ NOIR 70% cocoa, chopped |

Electric mixer, baking sheets
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375˚F (190℃). In large bowl, beat softened butter, packed brown sugar and granulated sugar with electric mixer until creamy. Beat in vanilla and eggs.
Step 2:
Beat in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in nuts and NESTLÉ NOIR chocolate.
Step 3:
Drop slightly rounded tablespoons (15 ml) about 2-inches (5 cm) apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Step 4:
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Makes about 48 cookies (4 dozen)
