AERO Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

We decided to take a spin off one of our favourite recipes – ROLO Cookies. If you liked those, and you’re a chocolate and peanut butter lover, this cookie is for you.
You will need:

packed brown sugar |

pkg AERO Bubbles Milk chocolate (135 g), frozen |

Step 1:
Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C). In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, butter, sugar and eggs until light and creamy. Stir in flour, and baking soda.
Step 2:
Take a small piece of dough and roll it around the AERO Bubble just enough to cover and make into a uniform ball. Repeat process until dough is gone, placing each ball at least 1 inch (2 cm) apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
Step 3:
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 5-10 minutes and serve warm.
Makes approx. 4 dozen cookies
