“Thai” Pizza

“Thai” Pizza

Try our DELISSIO Rising Crust Spicy Chicken Deluxe pizza topped with fresh veggies and drizzled with a spicy peanut sauce.

 

 

 


You will need:

1 pkg (897 g) DELISSIO Rising Crust Spicy Chicken Deluxe Pizza 1
3 tbsp water 45 ml
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter 30 ml
2 tbsp soya sauce 30 ml
2 tbsp sweet Thai chili sauce 30 ml
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger root 15 ml
1 cup fresh bean sprouts 250 ml
1/2  cup red pepper, cut into julienne strips 125 ml
1/2  cup english cucumber, cut into julienne strips 125 ml
1 carrot, shredded 1
1/2  cup chopped, fresh cilantro 125 ml

Step 1:
Preheat oven; bake pizza according to package directions.

Step 2:
Meanwhile, mix water, peanut butter, soya sauce, chili sauce and ginger root in a small bowl until blended.  Set aside.
 
Step 3:
Remove pizza from oven and immediately top with vegetables.  Drizzle peanut sauce over pizza. Garnish with cilantro, cut into 6 pieces and serve immediately. 

Makes 6 servings
