Hawaiian and Avocado Pizza with Fruit Kebabs

Our Hawaiian pizza topped with avocado and served with fresh fruit kebabs is a fun and easy meal the kids are sure to enjoy!


 

You will need:
1 pkg (921g) DELISSIO Rising Crust Hawaiian Pizza 1
1/2 cantaloupe, cut into large chunks 1/2
1/2 honeydew melon, cut into large chunks 1/2
1 large piece of watermelon, cut intolarge chunks 1
1 avocado, cut into bite size slices 1
 
Step 1:
Preheat oven; bake pizza according to package directions.

Step 2:
Attractively arrange melon chunks onto wooden skewers; set aside.

Step 3:
Peel and pit avocado, cut into small bite-size slices.  Remove pizza from oven and immediately top with avocado.  Cut pizza into 6 slices.  Serve with kebabs.

Makes 6 servings

Nutrients per serving (per 1/6 of pizza): about 490 calories, 20 g protein, 15 g fat, 32 g carbohydrate.
