DELISSIO Chinese Stirfry Pizza

Two take-out favourites in one; Pizza meets Chinese!

 

 

 

You will need:

1 pkg (370g) DELISSIO Crispy Flatbread Mushroom Medley Pizza 1
1/4 cup soya sauce 50 ml
2 tbsp lime juice 30 ml
1 1/2 cups fresh bean sprouts 375 ml
1 red pepper cut into julienne strips 1
1 cup baby corn cut into chunks 250 ml
1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced 125 ml
1/2 cup snow or sugar snap peas cut in to pieces 125 ml

Step 1:
Preheat oven; bake pizza according to package directions.

Step 2:
Meanwhile, heat wok or skillet over high heat.  Add soya sauce and lime juice and stirfry vegetables until crisp.

Step 3:
Remove pizza from oven and immediately top with vegetables.  Cut pizza into 6 slices
and serve.

Makes 6 servings
