Creamy One-Pot Mac and Cheese

This comfy one-pot meal takes just a bit longer to prepare than boxed varieties and tastes so much better.
You will need:

scoobi doo or rotini pasta |

can (370 ml) 2% evaporated milk |

light cream cheese |

shredded old Cheddar cheese |

Large saucepan
Step 1:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Step 2:
Stir together evaporated milk, flour, salt and mustard in large saucepan. Add cream cheese; cook over medium-high heat, stirring, for about 5 minutes or until just boiling and slightly thickened.
Step 3:
Remove from heat; stir in Cheddar cheese until melted. Stir pasta into cheese sauce; serve immediately.
