Beef Salad Roll-ups

From convenient prepared entrée to delicious warm beef salad – in next to no time! These sassy roll-ups are perfect for two as a quick bite when on the go.
You will need:

Small Boston, Bibb, iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried |

| 1-1/2 tsp |
Rice vinegar or white vinegar |

Sesame oil (optional) |

Step 1:
Microwave LEAN CUISINE entrée according to package directions. With bowl set under sieve, spoon meat and sauce into sieve to drain. Reserve sauce
Step 2:
In a bowl, combine meat with rice and vegetable mixture. Arrange lettuce leaf cups on 2 plates (if using Romaine lettuce, cut out thick stems). Evenly spoon meat mixture into cups.
Step 3:
Stir vinegar into reserved sauce, add drop of sesame oil (if using). Spoon on top of meat mixture or serve on the side as dipping sauce. Roll up in lettuce to eat.
