Razzle Dazzle Dome Cake

A retro fave, this delicious dome-shaped cake is a great way to cool down after a fun family backyard barbecue or birthday party – plus its fun shape will have your guests saying “Wowee!
Gather the kids and have some extra help with cookie crushing and decorating!”
You will need:

Tools Required:
1.5 L Freezer-proof mixing bowl
Step 1:
Line 1.5 L freezer-proof mixing bowl with plastic wrap. Spoon PARLOUR Vanilla into bowl; press firmly onto bottom of bowl with back of spoon so that ice cream is moulded to the bowl. Crush 8 cookies; press firmly into ice cream. Freeze for 15 minutes.
Step 2:
Spoon PARLOUR Chocolate into bowl, covering PARLOUR Vanilla; press firmly. Crush remaining cookies; sprinkle over PARLOUR Chocolate. Cover with foil. Freeze 6 hours.
Step 3:
Invert dessert onto serving plate just before serving. Remove bowl and plastic wrap. Frost dessert with whipped topping and your choice of garnishes. Cut into wedges to serve. Store leftovers in freezer.

To crush cookies, put in Ziploc bag and roll over with a rolling pin.
Let the kids get creative and pick their favourite PARLOUR flavour combinations, toppings and fillings! (i.e. chocolate sauce, sprinkles, maraschino cherries)
