NESQUIK Ice Pops


Preparation:
10 min Freeze: 4 hours

These cool snacks are creamy, delicious and wholesome too.








You will need:

can (370 ml) fat free  evaporated milk 1
1/3 cup NESQUIK Chocolate or Strawberry Syrup 75 ml

Tools required:
Plastic ice pop molds

Step 1:
Stir together evaporated milk and syrup; pour into plastic ice pop molds and put plastic sticks in place.

Step 2:
Freeze 4 hours or until firm.

Step 3:
Let stand at room temperature 15 to 20 minutes before serving. 

Makes 8 NESQUIK ice pops

Nutrients per serving: about 70 Calories, 3 g Protein, trace Fat, 14 g Carbohydrate, 12% DV Calcium

Nestlé Kitchens Tip: You can substitute 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) milk for the evaporated milk.
