HÄAGEN-DAZS with Black Pepper Summer Berries

A unique twist for HÄAGEN-DAZS and berries!
You will need:

strawberries, sliced |
500 ml |
| 1 cup |
blueberries & raspberries |
250 ml |
| 1 tsp |
lemon or orange zest |
5 ml |
| 2 tbsp |
sugar |
25 ml |
| 3 tbsp |
balsamic vinegar |
45 ml |
| 1/2 cup |
HÄAGEN-DAZS Half the fat vanilla |
125 ml |

black peppercorns |

Step 1:
In bowl, combine sliced strawberries, blueberries & raspberries, lemon zest, sugar and balsamic vinegar.
Step 2:
Let sit at room temperature for 30 min (or up to 4 hrs), stirring occasionally.
Step 3:
To serve, divide berries over four chilled bowls; top with scoop of HÄAGEN-DAZS and sprinkle with freshly cracked pepper.
