HÄAGEN-DAZS with Black Pepper Summer Berries


Preparation:

A unique twist for HÄAGEN-DAZS and berries!













You will need:

2 cups strawberries, sliced  500 ml
1 cup blueberries & raspberries 250 ml
1 tsp lemon or orange zest 5 ml
2 tbsp sugar 25 ml
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar 45 ml
1/2 cup HÄAGEN-DAZS Half the fat vanilla 125 ml
black peppercorns

Step 1:
In bowl, combine sliced strawberries, blueberries & raspberries, lemon zest, sugar and balsamic vinegar.

Step 2:
Let sit at room temperature for 30 min (or up to 4 hrs), stirring occasionally.

Step 3:
To serve, divide berries over four chilled bowls; top with scoop of HÄAGEN-DAZS and sprinkle with freshly cracked pepper.
