Frozen Tiramisu

COFFEE CRISP Frozen Tiramisu

This twist on the traditional Tiramisu is delicious and easy to make!

 


 

You will need:

16 soft ladyfingers 16
2 tsp NESCAFÉ RICH Instant Coffee 10 ml
2/3 cup boiling water 150 ml
2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional) 25 ml
 4 cups COFFEE CRISP frozen dessert, softened 1 L
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder  25 ml
fresh raspberries

Tools required:
Pastry brush, 8 x 8 inch (2 L) baking dish

Step 1:
Dissolve coffee granules in boiling water; cool in fridge. Line the bottom of the baking dish with half of the ladyfingers. 

Step 2:
Once coffee is cold, mix with liqueur (if using); using pastry brush, brush 1/3 cup (75 ml) over ladyfingers until absorbed. Top with 2 cups (500 ml) frozen dessert, leveling top. Repeat steps for the second layer of ladyfingers, coffee and frozen dessert.  Freeze until ready to serve.

Step 3:
To serve, let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Sift cocoa powder over top. Garnish with raspberries.
