Ice Cool Frap Cream

A delicious summer treat for coffee lovers.









You will need:

6 biscotti, crumbled into small pieces 6
1/2 cup chocolate sauce 125 ml
1 container (500 ml) HÄAGEN-DAZS Coffee Ice Cream  1
1 container (500 ml) HÄAGEN-DAZS Vanilla Ice Cream 1
1/3 cup whipped cream 75 ml

Tools required:
6 parfait glasses

Step 1:
Drizzle half of the chocolate sauce in the bottom of 6 parfait glasses. Sprinkle half of biscotti pieces over sauce.

Step 2:
Divide coffee and then vanilla ice cream over biscotti pieces. Drizzle remaining chocolate sauce over ice cream.

Step 3:
Sprinkle with remaining biscotti pieces. Top each with a dollop of whipped cream. Serve at once.

Makes 6 servings.
