AERO Chocolate Fondue

AERO Chocolate Fondue


Preparation:

This choco-licious sauce is perfect for dipping fresh fruit into and for spooning over ice cream or cake.













You will need:

2/3 cup evaporated milk 150 ml
bars (42 g each) AERO, finely chopped
fresh fruit pieces (such as strawberries, pineapple,
banana, oranges, apples or grapes)

Tools required:
Medium saucepan, small fondue pot or serving bowl

Step 1:
Simmer evaporated milk over medium-heat in medium saucepan, stirring constantly.

Step 2:
Stir in AERO bar pieces until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. 

Step 3:
Pour into a fondue pot or serving bowl and serve warm with fresh fruit or drizzle over ice cream.

Makes 1 1/2 cups (375 ml)
