Tools required:
13 x 9 inch (3.5 L) baking pan, parchment paper
Step 1:
Brownies: Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Stir together cake mix, butter and evaporated milk in bowl until smooth; stir in pecans. Press two cups (500 ml) of mixture into parchment paper-lined baking pan. Bake 8 minutes; let cool 10 minutes on wire rack.
Step 2:
Topping: Combine chocolate chips with evaporated milk in microwaveable bowl; microwave on HIGH about 1 minute or until chips are almost melted. Stir until melted and smooth. Gently spread over cake. Arrange TURTLES over chocolate mixture. Using your fingers, arrange crumbled remaining brownie dough around TURTLES.
Step 3:
Bake 15 minutes or until cake tester inserted in brownie comes out with a few moist crumbs clinging to it. Let cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm. Lift out of pan onto cutting board and cut into squares with each brownie containing one TURTLE.
