NOIR Toasted Almond Chocolate Berry Bark

A delicious and easy way to make bark with nuts, dried fruit and chocolate!
You will need:

NESTLÉ NOIR Sublim 80% cocoa |

sliced almonds, toasted |
50 ml |
| 1/4 cup |
combined dried cranberries, blueberries and/or cherries |

Tools required:
8 inch (2 L) square baking pan, wax paper
Step 1:
Line baking pan with wax paper.
Step 2:
Break chocolate into small pieces and microwave in a small, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 45 seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave at additional 10 to 15 second intervals, stirring just until melted.
Step 3:
Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with almonds and fruit. Tap pan several times to spread chocolate and settle almonds and fruit. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container at room temperature.

Make sure your bowl is completely dry when microwaving the chocolate. If there is even one drop of water the chocolate may seize (clump) when heated.
For a milk chocolate bark substitute five AERO bars (42 g) in place of the NESTLÉ NOIR bars.
