Sunrise Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A classic combo, strawberry and banana, for young and old.














You will need:
1 cup   skim milk 250 ml
1 ripe banana 1
1 pouch (40 g) Strawberry
CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS powder
1
2 ice cubes

Tools Required:
Blender

Step 1:
Place all ingredients in blender.  Cover.

Step 2:
Blend until smooth.

Step 3:
Pour into two glasses.  Serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings
