A.M. Mango Lassi

A Mango Lassi is an Indian smoothie.  Substitute your favourite juice to create your own version.















You will need:
3/4 cup vanilla fat free yogurt 175 ml
1/3 cup mango juice
1 pouch (40 g) Vanilla
CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS powder
1
3 ice cubes 3

Tools Required:
Blender

Step 1:
Place all ingredients in blender.  Cover.

Step 2:
Blend until smooth.

Step 3:
Pour into two glasses.  Serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings

Nutrients per serving: about  100 Calories, 5g  Protein, 0.1g Fat, 20g Carbohydrate
