Chocolate Banana Booster Shake

This creamy, rich shake is great fun for kids to make.














You will need:
1 1/2 cups     milk 375 ml
1 ripe banana, sliced 1
1/3 cup NESQUIK Chocolate Milk Mix 75 ml

Tools required:
Blender

Step 1:
Combine all ingredients in blender

Step 2:
Cover and blend until smooth.

Step 3:
Pour into glasses. Serve immediately. 

Makes 2 servings

Nutrients per serving:  about 275 Calories, 8 g Protein, 5 g Fat, 49 g Carbohydrates,  20% DV  Calcium

Good to know: Not only is this shake a favourite for kids, it’s also high in calcium.
