Banana Berry Shake


Preparation:

Shake it up with fruit and Nesquik all in one glass!








You will need:

1 ripe banana, sliced  1
1 cup   fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced 250 ml
1 bottle (473 ml) Vanilla NESQUIK  ready-to-drink, chilled     1

Tools required:
Blender

Step 1:
Place all ingredients in blender.  Cover.

Step 2:
Blend until smooth.

Step 3:
Pour into two glasses.  Serve immediately.

Nutrients per serving: about 300 Calories, 9 g Protein, 6 g Fat, 52 g Carbohydrate, 26% DV Calcium

Good to know: This fruity shake is also an excellent source of calcium.
