Chai Café au Lait

Enjoy a refreshingly exotic iced coffee!  You won’t have to travel far to tantalize your taste buds with this spicy blend of NESCAFÉ Ice Java coffee syrup, cream, ice and cardamom.






You will need:
1 1/2 cups milk 375 ml
1/2 cup half-and-half cream, 10% M.F. 125 ml
1/4 cup NESCAFÉ Ice Java Cappuccino coffee syrup 50 ml
1/4 tsp ground cardamom 2 ml
2 cup ice cubes 500 ml

Tools required:
Pitcher

Step 1:
Stir together milk, cream, coffee syrup and cardamom in small pitcher until blended.

Step 2:
Refrigerate until ready to serve. 

Step 3:
Just before serving, stir well and pour over ice cubes into two tall glasses. Serve immediately.

Nestlé Kitchens Tip: You can substitute 1/8 tsp (1 ml) each ground cinnamon and nutmeg for the cardamom
