Balsamic Tomato Bruschetta

A tomato and herb topping creates this satisfying appetizer. Serve with NESTEA Sangria.
You will need:

prepared recipe of grilled garlic bread |
1 |
| 1/2 pint |
grape tomatoes, quartered |
250 g |
| 1/4 cup |
balsamic vinegar |
50 ml
|
|
salt & fresh ground pepper to taste |
|
|
fresh sprigs of dill weed |

Step 1:
Place prepared bread on a large platter for serving.
Step 2:
Toss tomatoes with vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3:
Divide tomato mixture evenly among bread slices; garnish with fresh dill.
