Prosciutto and Melon Bruschetta

You will need:

1 prepared recipe of the grilled garlic bread 1
1/2 cup cantaloupe melon, cut into julienne strips 125 ml
1/2 cup prosciutto ham, cut into thin strips 125 ml
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 50 ml

Step 1:
Place prepared bread on a large platter for serving.

Step 2:
Combine melon and prosciutto with vinegar.

Step 3:
Divide prepared mixture evenly among bread slices.

Makes 24 servings

Nutrients per serving (per 1 slice): about 100 calories, 3 g protein, 5 g fat, 10 g carbohydrate, 4 mg vitamin C (6% Daily Value for vitamin C)

Good to Know:  One cup of cantaloupe is an excellent source of Vitamin C and is also a source of potassium and folate.
