Prosciutto and Melon Bruschetta

You will need:

prepared recipe of the grilled garlic bread |

| 1/2 cup |
cantaloupe melon, cut into julienne strips |
125 ml |
| 1/2 cup |
prosciutto ham, cut into thin strips |
125 ml |
| 1/4 cup |
balsamic vinegar |
50 ml |
Step 1:
Place prepared bread on a large platter for serving.
Step 2:
Combine melon and prosciutto with vinegar.
Step 3:
Divide prepared mixture evenly among bread slices.
Makes 24 servings
