A unique bruchetta with aromatic peppery mustard flavour. An ideal pair with PERRIER Party Punch.
You will need:

prepared recipe of the garlic bread |

store-bought pesto sauce |

washed & dried arugula leaves |
250 ml |

medium wedge parmesan cheese |

| 2 tbsp |
fresh sage, minced |

Step 1:
Place prepared bread on a large platter for serving.
Step 2:
Spread pesto onto prepared bread slices; top with arugula leaves.
Step 3:
Using a large vegetable peeler or mandoline; shave parmesan cheese into slices and place on top of bread.
Makes 24 servings
