Nippy Cheddar Spread
Preparation: 15 min Chill: 2 hours
This is one entertaining recipe no holiday cook should be without! You can dress our extra-cheesy spread up or down, depending on the occasion.
You will need:

MAGGI chilli garlic sauce |

toasted chopped pecans |

toasted pine nuts |

Step 1:
In food processor combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese and chilli sauce, process with on/off motion until creamy and smooth. Press into 1-1/2-cup (375ml) plastic wrap lined container, refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
Step 2:
Meanwhile mix pecans with pine nuts, spread on baking sheet. Unmold firm cheese spread onto serving dish and remove plastic wrap. Press nuts into top and sides of spread, patting to adhere.
