Asparagus & Mushroom Medley Appetizers

You will need:

1 pkg (370 g) DELISSIO Crispy Flatbread Mushroom Medley Pizza 1
1 bunch asparagus 1
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 30 ml
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese 30 ml
Coarse salt & freshly ground pepper
                                                        
Step 1:
Preheat oven according to package directions.

Step 2:
Meanwhile, clean and cut asparagus into bite-size pieces; place in a small bowl and toss with remaining ingredients.

Step 3:
Place prepared asparagus on top of pizza; baking according to package directions.
Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into wedges or bite-size pieces.

Makes 12 servings

Nutrients per serving (per 1/12 of pizza): about 110 calories, 4 g protein, 7 g fat, 7 g carbohydrate.
