Q. What causes ice crystals to form on top of the product?
A. The frost you may see on our product is a naturally occurring phenomenon due to the minor fluctuations in freezer temperatures. The frost (or ice crystals) under the film cover does not need to be removed prior to cooking since it is from the moisture already present in the product.
Q. Why can't I prepare your products in a toaster oven?
A. While our containers work remarkably well in both conventional and microwave ovens, our products are not suited to toaster oven preparation, due to the oven's small size and the proximity of the heating element to the container.
