A. It's important to make sure you're using hot water when making hot chocolate. If the water is lukewarm, the hot chocolate will become lumpy and hard to dissolve even when stirred. You may want to try adding a small amount of water to the hot chocolate powder to make a paste, mixing it well until all the lumps are dissolved before filling the cup up the rest of the way with hot water.

A. The same amount of CARNATION HOT CHOCOLATE (500 g) is now in a smaller can. This change was made to make manufacturing more efficient. Preparation instructions are still the same.

A. Actually, chocolate milk made with NESQUIK contains no more sugar than unsweetened fruit juice. You can also try NESQUIK 1/3 LESS SUGAR.

A. The Nestlé QUIK Bunny was chosen in 1970 to represent our products because he was lovable and also very quick on his feet. Since Nestlé QUIK powders and syrups dissolve quickly in milk, we felt he would be the best symbol to represent our QUIK product line. QUIK Bunny's famous slogan: "You can't drink it slow if it's QUIK."

A. We do not recommend substituting NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE liquid for milk in a recipe because its performance may affect the results.

A. Comparing same blends and same cup size, there is more caffeine in a prepared cup of roast and ground coffee than in a prepared cup of instant coffee.
